Bootcamp Sunday

Bootcamp Sunday is a 45 min-1 hr beginner-friendly fitness class in the park, hosted by Coach Cannon. Work up a sweat in the class using basic calisthenics and bodyweight work on the ground and on a yoga mat, all led by our coach. Participate however you are most comfortable, as again this is beginner friendly but if you're looking to push yourself there will be opportunity.
