Bootcamp Sunday is a 45 min-1 hr beginner-friendly fitness class in the park, hosted by Coach Cannon. Work up a sweat in the class using basic calisthenics and bodyweight work on the ground and on a yoga mat, all led by our coach. Participate however you are most comfortable, as again this is beginner friendly but if you're looking to push yourself there will be opportunity.

It’s a soft club day party

Met thru Friends LA reimagines the LA day party: an elevated, alcohol-free gathering featuring Blackline Coffee, all-female DJs spinning Hip-Hop, R&B, and Afrobeats, and an atmosphere built for movement, connection, and joy.

As part of Sum At Six, a mindful movement collective, the event encourages people to move through dance — where guests can connect, sip lattes & be free.

Event Highlights

  • All-Female DJ Lineup: 4 DJs, 11 AM - 3 PM, Saturday or Sunday.

  • Genres: Hip-Hop, R&B, Afrobeats.

  • Blackline Coffee Bar: Specialty lattes + non-alcoholic drinks.

  • Brunch by Little los Angeles

  • Audience: 21+ adults, creatives, and culture seekers.
